Modern Microlearning Model (M3) Case Study

This document is a redacted version of a case study that we completed with one of our clients. This study took place over several months and multiple branches/locations, with varying employee populations. The objective of this study was to test the foundational theories of M3 regarding the comprehension and retention of safety and security skills delivered within specific workplace environments.

M3 provides a solution to time constraints, scaling among large organizations, and lesson retainment.
